Our Master comes back home tired, presumably after a hard day of tickling, and he gets captured by two maniacs who, emulating his deeds, want to put him in the Sadistic Lady!
The tickling will be so intense that Master goes as far as swearing not to tickle innocent people anymore to be freed by the two...but will he keep his promise?
